Haifa is proud to present a new hall of delicious lust - "MEAT".
"MEAT" was born with a desire for meat restaurant and offering customers excellent fine cuts of meat, treated professionally, obsolete in a special aging accurately use in front of the customer's eyes on the grill that located in the center of the restaurant. 
"MEAT" is located at the Carmel Center,in an old house which previously housed the restaurant "Lolka". Pass through the restaurant entrance aging refrigerator, alongside Meat Deli will open soon, which will sell fine meats, sauces to accompany meat and homemade delicacies.

Along with Entrecote (Rib-Eye steak), sirloin and fillet, "MEAT" also offers pieces of Porterhouse,Prime - Rib and FEEDLOT, fine meat that have been aged in the place; In addition, what distinguishes the restaurant is the smoking cabinet to roast whole peaces of fine meat, as the smoking prossess gives the meat fruity flavor arising from the use of cherry trees, a special aroma and flavors that the Israeli palate is not familiar with, caused by meat smoking in low temperature of 90-110 degrees for several hours. The veal Asado ribs where smoked in our smoking cabinet for about 3 hours, and later "sat" in the smoking stove, in low temperature for all night, you can eat even with a spoon, without using a knife and fork. 
From the appetizers you can choose Chorizo sausages or Sirloin carpaccio. For the main course you can sample old-fashioned succulent Sirloin or Entrecote, or one of our specialty dish - "Diegito Fillet" - Fillet minion filled with choped bacon, and creamed with fine cheese; From our sweet dessert, made by a pastry chef you can savor a home-made biscuit and cream cake, Esspresso and Dolce-de-lecce mouss on top of brownies and of course our legendary Creme - Brulee.
